Experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, 34 Act compliance, governance, and other corporate transactional matters
Ability to work on a variety of complex transactions for both strategic and institutional clients
Ability to manage processes from start to completion, as well as managing a team of associates
A high level of professionalism in working and engaging with demanding clients at both a national and international level
Qualification
Required
Established book of portable business valued at over $700,000.00
Experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, 34 Act compliance, governance, and other corporate transactional matters
