The role involves assisting customers with equipment fitting and registration while maintaining a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

Smile!
Focus on safety for yourself and others
Sizing and assigning helmets, boots, skis, and snowboards
Basic computer skills to operate rental software
Most work is indoors but periodic outdoor work will occur. We will train and certify all candidates
Assist with guest registration
Assist with fitting of boots and helmets
Sizing and adjusting of skis/bindings and snowboards/bindings
Assist guests through the rental process
Qualification
Required
High level of customer service
Good communication skills
Basic computer skills
Team player
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move equipment for extended periods
Comfortable working in cold indoor and outdoor environments
Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 25 lbs. frequently (skis, snowboards, boots, etc.)
Strong attention to detail when fitting and adjusting rental equipment
Enthusiastic about the outdoors
Availability to include weekdays, weekends, evening, and holidays
Ensure the safety and well-being of our guests
Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment
Must be able to speak and read the English language, additional languages a plus
