Multimedia Education Intern Assistant - ONSITE - San Antonio
Environment for the Americas is seeking a Multimedia Education Intern Assistant to support the San Antonio Missions National Historical Park. The intern will create educational media and programs to engage local communities and enhance field trip experiences for students and educators.

Responsibilities
Develop multimedia educational products (photos, videos, graphics, etc.) for use by teachers, students, and the park’s website
Collaborate with the Visual Information Specialist to create visually appealing and curriculum-relevant classroom resources
Produce at least one educator resource that orients 4th-grade students to the park before field trips, incorporating kid-friendly history and safe-visitor behaviors
Use historical primary sources to guide video and media content development
Connect themes of culture, heritage, survival, and innovation to resource-protection messages
Staff the Visitor Center front desk, greeting visitors and providing orientation and information
Conduct roving interpretation at Mission San José and assist rangers with on-site and off-site educational programs as needed
Receive training in formal interpretation and integrate these skills into visitor engagement
Use creativity and multimedia tools to connect with diverse audiences and enhance park relevancy
Qualification
Required
Be a U.S. citizen or legal resident
Be between the ages of 18–30, or up to 35 if a veteran
Be willing to undergo a background check upon hiring
Have a valid driver's license and a good driving record
Experience in at least one media discipline: photography, videography, illustration, graphic design, etc
Strong written communication skills and professionalism
Ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong work ethic and initiative
Preferred
videography experience and familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Adobe Premiere)
proficiency in Spanish
