Assist attorneys with the preparation and filing of employment-based immigration applications and petitions
Handle client communications and work with government officials to move cases forward
Perform legal research as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certificate
At least 1 year of employment immigration legal experience, required
Handle complex tasks expertly
Prioritize workload in deeply time-sensitive field of law and meet strict deadlines
Be highly attentive to detail and have the ability to edit carefully
Provide excellent client service
Flexible and adaptable to dynamic setting
Organized; ambitious with strong initiative
Possess a positive attitude and a professional demeanor
Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook required
Excellent written communication skills
Preferred
At least 1 year of PERM experience, preferred
