Responsibilities
Provide customer service to visitors, employees, contractors, and delivery drivers at the front desk by following site-specific access procedures and Allied Universal post orders
Monitor lobby and reception activity, visitor queues, and access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and report unusual activity per site-specific policies
Issue visitor credentials, manage sign-in and sign-out logs, verify identification as required, and coordinate visitor escorts with onsite personnel
Answer phones and emails, route inquiries to the appropriate department, and maintain clear written and verbal communication using security-related reporting practices
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating site emergency response activities and documenting actions taken
Qualification
Required
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
