Talent Acquisition Recruiter

The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will manage the full lifecycle recruiting process for biomedical technicians, including sourcing, vetting, and placing candidates into contract roles.

Responsibilities
Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process for open requisitions, to include sourcing, qualifying, interviewing, evaluation, and offers
Proactively source BMET candidates using job boards, social media, internal databases, and networking strategies
Develop and maintain a pipeline of entry to senior-level BMET professionals
Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess technical and soft skills
Drive referrals from current employees and external networks
Promote the company brand by leveraging social media and partnerships with relevant communities (e.g., technical schools, electronics/mechanical, STEM programs and associations, etc.)
Maintain candidate database via the Applicant Tracking System
Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities
Create and implement unique sourcing techniques to drive candidates to the positions
Provide each applicant with a highly positive candidate’s experience regardless of the outcome
Develop search strategies and build target lists of the top talent

Qualification
Required
Ability to perform technical interviews at a fundamental level
Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g., recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
Effective time-management abilities
Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Detail orientation and ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
Commitment to developing solid relationships with candidates to create a pipeline of candidates
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Word, SharePoint, recruiting systems and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Ability to embrace change, learn quickly, and thrive in a dynamic corporate environment
Skill in working harmoniously within cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
Must have the ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically, both verbally and in writing, with co-workers and with outside agencies, partners, shareholders, and business associates
Basic understanding of relevant software, tools, and systems used in the corporate environment
Minimum four (4) or more years of sourcing and recruiting for BMET professionals
Minimum five (5) or more years' hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
Experience with full lifecycle recruiting, including assisting in developing job descriptions, sourcing, prescreening, submitting, interview set up, offer negotiation, and hiring candidates
Experience recruiting for cleared professionals
Preferred
Previous experience within the DoD BMET community
Previous government contracting experience
Experience with iCIMS
