CyberSecurity Marketing Intern
Value Aligners is a B2B cybersecurity marketplace that connects solution developers, providers, distributors, and end-users. The CyberSecurity Marketing Intern will support the growth of the marketplace by optimizing marketing channels and conducting customer research to drive vendor and buyer acquisition.

Responsibilities
Support growth of Value Aligners across the full funnel, with a focus on increasing assessment volume and improving vendor + buyer acquisition efficiency
Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to define target segments, needs, objections, and buying journeys for SMBs and vendors; translate insights into messaging and channel strategy
Develop AI-assisted tools/workflows to help automate and scale outreach to cybersecurity vendors we want to onboard to the platform
Conduct analysis and create a data-driven study (or benchmark report) to support Value Aligners’ SEO and earned media efforts; support outreach to media, partners, and community channels that may cover or cite the research
Design and run quantitative tests (A/B and multivariate as appropriate) to optimize our website, homepage, landing pages, assessment flow, emails, paid ads, and other collateral
Help execute and iterate across LinkedIn, community engagement, content repurposing, and email promotion tied to our assessment as the primary lead magnet
Track performance with a KPI-driven approach (e.g., conversion rates, CAC proxies, assessment-to-lead quality, engagement, and pipeline influence) and report insights weekly
Responsibilities will be discussed on a weekly call with the CMO and may evolve based on business priorities and your development goals
Qualification
Required
Working toward an MBA (or similar graduate degree), ideally at a top-tier university
Amazing communicator (written and verbal) with high attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Strong analytical abilities with creative problem-solving and comfort operating in ambiguity
Interest in growth marketing strategy and hands-on execution (experimentation, funnel optimization, segmentation, positioning)
Preferred
Experience with B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, marketplaces, SEO, lifecycle/email marketing, GA4-style measurement, UTMs, or marketing analytics
