Responsibilities
Designing and implementing automated testing frameworks that leverage AI techniques and tools to more effectively test AI-driven functionality on the WorkLink AR platform
Developing comprehensive test plans and test cases to validate the accuracy, reliability, and performance of AI-driven features
Building and maintaining features, including integrations with external services for data and model validation
Ensuring the performance, quality, and security of test automation code and reporting results effectively
Continually researching and implementing best practices in AI testing and development
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in developing test automation for software, as well as experience using AI-driven coding tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, etc
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous approach to identifying edge cases and bugs in complex systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proficiency in Typescript, React, and Cypress. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve common goals
High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality
Strong desire and commitment to learning the latest and greatest in tools and technology, enabling continuous improvement in efficiency
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
Preferred
Experience with C# development
Familiarity with Mixed Reality (MR) technologies and platforms
Knowledge of cloud computing services, specifically Azure and AWS
