Shaping, advancing, and executing Dairy MAX’s integrated communications strategy
Ensuring Dairy MAX’s communications elevate farmer voices and strengthen producer relationships
Driving alignment across verticals and Centers of Excellence (CoEs)
Ensuring consistent, authentic, and compelling communications across internal teams, farmers, boards, partners, and external stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Senior leadership experience in corporate communications
Proven track record in shaping and executing integrated communications strategies
Experience in farmer engagement and trust-building
Ability to partner closely with executive leadership, particularly the CEO
Strong skills in elevating farmer voices and strengthening producer relationships
Expertise in managing reputation, brand narrative, and advocacy efforts
Experience in ensuring consistent and compelling communications across various stakeholders
Ability to drive alignment across verticals and Centers of Excellence (CoEs)
Commitment to enhancing credibility, transparency, and engagement with farmers
