The Technology Intern will support the Enterprise Architecture and IT Operations teams, gaining hands-on experience in IT architecture practices, analytics, and operational efficiency initiatives.

Responsibilities
Support the Enterprise Architecture team and IT Helpdesk in daily operations and projects
Assist in process improvement, data quality, and operational efficiency initiatives
Gain hands-on experience in IT architecture practices, analytics, and support operations
Collaborate with teams to analyze, troubleshoot, and recommend solutions for real-world IT challenges
Document and maintain IT procedures, reports, and system workflows
Participate in cross-team discussions to share insights and contribute to decision-making
Help with data collection, validation, and reporting to support IT strategy and projects
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university
Academic status of Junior or above
Program of study: Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business Analytics or Operations Management
Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above at the time of application
Authorized to work in the United States
Preferred
Previous internship experience preferred
Basic knowledge of IT systems, architecture concepts, and analytics
Experience with productivity tools (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace)
Familiarity with Jira, Power BI, SQL, or data modeling
Ability to analyze information, follow processes, and document findings
Strong communication, organizational skills, and teamwork
Willingness to learn new tools and technologies
