Mid-Level Energy Analyst, (Oil and Natural Gas Infrastructure)
Castalia Systems is seeking a Mid-Level Energy Analyst specializing in Oil and Natural Gas Infrastructure to support the government’s all-source intelligence analysis. The role involves cataloging and analyzing military and civilian infrastructure to aid U.S. and allied military capabilities.

Responsibilities
Identify the characteristics, capabilities, vulnerabilities, and operational status of foreign countries' oil and natural gas networks, facilities, and equipment that contribute to energy security, which includes support to their military capabilities
Produce all-source analytic products and engage in data curation to support customers' missions. Collaborate with branch, external analysts, and colleagues acquire information used in deliverables to support planning and decision-making by customers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience producing all-source intelligence analysis reports and briefings and input to IC databases or 7+ years of experience in all-source analysis in lieu of a degree
Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments
Knowledge of oil and natural gas production and related infrastructure
Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings
Preferred
3+ years of experience with energy infrastructures, systems, resources, facilities / installations, networks, and equipment. Energy infrastructures may include electric power, oil, and gas production / generation, transmission, and distribution systems along with oil and gas reserves
Experience with geospatial tools and methods
Knowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standards
Knowledge of the COMBATANT COMMANDS
