Greene Resources is seeking an Associate Human Resources Business Partner to join a growing and dynamic team. This role involves partnering with leaders to support regional talent strategies, providing consultative guidance on performance management, and managing internal employee changes.

Responsibilities
Partner with leaders to support regional talent strategies aligned with business goals
Provide consultative guidance on performance management, development, and employee engagement
Support succession planning, talent assessments, and career progression initiatives
Track and report talent management metrics and key performance indicators
Manage internal employee changes, including role transitions and organizational updates
Collaborate with Human Resources, Learning and Development, and Recruiting teams
Qualification
Required
At least 3 years in Talent Management or Human Resources roles
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required
Strong knowledge of Human Resources and talent management principles
Ability to coach and advise leaders through complex and sensitive situations
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail
Positive, proactive, and collaborative work style
