Responsibilities
Organizing, consolidating, and maintaining SharePoint documentation to ensure accuracy and usability
Migrating procedures into standardized formats to improve consistency and accessibility
Supporting workflow mapping and process documentation, including Lucidchart diagrams
Assisting with Salesforce documentation, field mapping, reporting, and automation support
Supporting audit readiness by maintaining accurate procedures and training documentation
Collaborating with Lending, Fulfillment, Product, Training, and Marketing teams on cross-functional initiatives
Assisting with operational projects focused on improving efficiency, scalability, and compliance
Qualification
Required
You are currently enrolled as a full-time Freshman, Sophomore, or Junior at a four-year college
Your major is related to Business, Finance, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field
You can commit to an 8- or 10-week internship
You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, self-directed environment
You have strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
You're local to Los Angeles, CA and available to work onsite, Monday–Friday (40 hours per week)
