Partner with stakeholders to frame problems and quantify ROI
Collaborate on security, risk, and compliance
Coordinate with developers, QA, and UAT
Qualification
Required
7 to 10 years in software or ML engineering with LLMs
Strong coding in Python or TypeScript
Experience with enterprise AI platforms, SSO, SCIM
LLM solution patterns expertise
Azure fluency
Data skills (SQL)
Excellent communication skills
Preferred
Asset management or financial services experience
Microsoft ecosystem experience
Vector databases experience
Orchestration tools experience
Frontend for internal tools (React or Power Apps)
Familiarity with process mining and business process optimization
