Contract Specialist II
The Exchange is seeking a Contract Specialist II to administer moderately complex contracts throughout their life-cycle. The role involves developing, preparing, and managing contracts, participating in negotiations, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

Responsibilities
Under general supervision, develop, prepare, and administer moderately complex contracts, bids, and proposals
Participate in contract negotiations and execute tactical sourcing activities
Confirm necessary procedural controls exist. Identify any potential risk or compliance issues
Ensure all contract documentation is compliant with organizational and regulatory standards. Prepare reports as needed
Manage vendor relationship, monitoring vendor performance to include compliance, quality, and service. Resolve associated issues promptly
Collaborate with business units, suppliers, and key stakeholders. Act as business advisor to internal customers
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Four years of office/business experience and two years of contract/procurement experience
Or Bachelor's degree to include business management and two years of office/business and contract/procurement experience
Associate must complete all required training and be otherwise fully qualified to obtain contracting officer authority certification within 18 months of selection
