Responsibilities
Triage and resolve application support tickets in alignment with defined SLAs
Investigate application issues using testing, statistical analysis, and root-cause techniques
Proactively manage issue resolution and communicate updates to stakeholders
Monitor application availability and performance in production environments
Develop scripts, automation, and alerting tools to proactively detect and prevent issues
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree with 2–4 years of relevant experience, or technical certification with 6–8+ years of experience
2–4+ years of hands-on application support experience for cloud-based systems
Strong experience with relational databases and SQL querying (Snowflake preferred)
Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch, IAM, etc.)
Experience troubleshooting APIs, UI issues, and end-to-end data flows
Proficiency with scripting or programming languages such as Python, PowerShell, SQL, and JSON
Preferred
Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Grafana, AppDynamics, ThousandEyes)
Background in data engineering, data operations, or SRE practices
Experience building automation for application availability and performance monitoring
Familiarity with CI/CD or pipeline frameworks and cloud-native architectures
