Growth Opportunities

Responsibilities

Maximize executive time to ensure prioritization of key initiatives by managing multiple complex calendars and ensuring creation of and access to applicable pre-reads and agendas
Develop a deep understanding of the business to intuitively make real-time adjustments and trade-offs, ensuring the right meetings happen at the right times with the right people
Thoughtfully arrange domestic and international travel, minimizing business impact while prioritizing executive efficiency/ease
Champion company culture by owning all aspects of team gatherings, both virtual and in-person, delivering exceptional experiences with a high-touch approach and an eye for meaningful details and delights
Attend Staff meetings, taking notes and driving action items to completion according to the prescribed timelines
Help prepare and drive completion of slide decks, initiatives, and special projects
Proactively seek opportunities to add value, enhance efficiency, drive clarity, and elevate business operations
Track and file expenses according to company policy
Some on-call/after-hours work is required

Qualification

Required

Minimum of 5 years experience supporting executive leadership in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Ability to support Eastern time zone business hours
Extensive experience planning and executing offsites, with the ability to travel as often as needed to facilitate offsites across the org
Ability to handle competing priorities in real-time with composure, always leading with kindness regardless of the pace
Highly collaborative and organized with a strong attention to detail
Demonstrated experience in meeting management and presentation-building
Strong project management skills
Strong understanding of best practices for distributed/remote work, and a talent for optimizing processes
Excellent written and verbal communicator
Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets), Slack, and Zoom

Preferred

Experience supporting Sales leadership, Customer Success, or Go To Market Executives
Proficiency with Salesforce
