Responsibilities
This field position will service a geography of client locations in Brevard County and St Lucie County by providing excellent customer service while installing, diagnosing and solving retail equipment failures within service level agreements. This equipment includes POS (point of sale) registers, self checkout registers, thermal printers, laser printers, scanners, PCs, thin clients, phone systems, RF, networking, cabling, pharmacy, photo, client and other related computer peripherals. This is a field service position
Qualification
Required
Verifyable High School Diploma or GED Required
Previous field service supporting printers, servers, network, WIFI, workstations, and PC's
