Information Technology
Responsibilities
End-to-end deployment order management
Handling Problem Service Reports
Providing post-deployment support
Managing internal material requisitions
Troubleshooting delivery and supply gaps
Collaborate and communicate with internal/external stakeholders on site health readiness
Execute Equipment Install Plan (EIP) vs Sales Order (SO) mismatches
Resolve and troubleshoot customer ticket issues
Drive operational excellence by contributing to KPIs and SLAs
Drive OM process improvements, cost optimization and scalability initiatives in collaboration with Robotics Supply Chain leadership
Actively support and foster a culture of inclusion
Maintain/update internal documentation for internal training and reference
Drive continuous improvement by identifying ways to streamline processes and reduce waste
Problem solve and design solutions for Client's network
Maintain/update internal documentation for internal training and reference
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Transportation/Supply Chain/Operations discipline
Strong Math, Logical, Problem Solving skills
Strong analytical abilities, and high proficiency creating and managing advanced models using SQL and Microsoft Excel
Analyst work background, or focus in higher education
Conceptual understanding of systems, and configuration management
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Transportation/Supply Chain/Operations discipline
Strong Math, Logical, Problem Solving skills
Strong analytical abilities, and high proficiency creating and managing advanced models using SQL and Microsoft Excel
