Responsibilities
Draft and argue pleadings, motions, and substantive filings
Litigate wage & hour class actions in state and federal court
Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and case strategy
Manage your own docket while collaborating with senior litigators
Qualification
Required
Active California Bar license (good standing)
Minimum 3 years of litigation experience required
Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-performance litigation environment
Preferred
Employment law, wage & hour, or class action experience preferred
