Responsibilities
Develop and maintain web pages for new product integrations, campaigns, and promotions using AEM templates and components
Build responsive, user-friendly layouts using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
Troubleshoot performance and rendering issues to ensure consistent experiences across browsers and devices
Support web layout enhancements and ongoing website improvements
Contribute to the creation, assessment, and validation of project requirements
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Collaborate with quality assurance, technical teams, and management to deliver high-quality results
Recommend, design, and implement standard and custom JIRA workflows
Create, configure, and customize JIRA projects, workflows, screen schemes, custom fields, permissions, and notifications
Leverage JIRA features such as user stories, epics, sprints, and releases
Apply Scrum, Kanban, and Agile best practices to support team and project success
Create dashboards, metrics, reports, and advanced filters to provide meaningful operational and performance insights
Qualification
Required
2+ years of content management experience, preferably with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
2+ years of front-end development experience using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
2+ years of JIRA administration experience, including user management and workflow configuration
Understanding of responsive frameworks such as Tailwind and Bootstrap
Experience with project management and collaboration tools
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities
Detail-oriented with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience working with multiple content management systems is a plus
