Responsibilities
Ensure that all service department work orders are opened, maintained, proofed, and closed in the most efficient way possible
Oversee service and warranty work orders
Make sure trucks are in place and ready for repair
Assist in shop workflow
Check-in equipment for repair
Assist customers, including possibly driving them to and from worksites
Qualification
Required
Familiarity with Outlook, Word, Excel, and the ability to learn new computer programs
Excellent customer relations and communication skills
Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
Driver's license with a good driving record
Preferred
Mechanical aptitude and experience with heavy trucks are plusses!
