Responsibilities

Provide strategic financial leadership and oversight across the organization
Partner with executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
Oversee financial operations, reporting, controls, and performance metrics
Lead and develop finance, accounting, and administrative teams
Support organizational growth initiatives, system implementations, and process improvements
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and reporting standards
Provide financial insights to support executive decision-making

Required

8–15+ years of progressive leadership experience in finance, accounting, or financial operations

Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
Executive presence with the ability to communicate financial concepts to non-financial leaders
Experience working closely with executive teams and senior stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field required

Preferred

MBA, CPA, or similar credentials preferred
