Intero Real Estate Services is seeking a Property Management Specialist responsible for managing the leasing process for residential or commercial properties. This role focuses on attracting and retaining tenants, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements, and delivering exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents.

Responsibilities

Solicit and develop opportunities to increase full-service property management to a property owner. Monitor & process leasing applications received for any company rental listing
Ensure successful delivery of managed property services to property owners and tenants. Collect detailed employment, financial and personal documentation from applicants to applicant’s ability to lease one rental property. Maintain positive client relations to maximize future opportunities and retention of existing clients
Participate in the development and delivery of agent training to ensure knowledge of property management services
Assist owners with lease preparation and rental referral agreements
Oversee or perform administrative activities to include database maintenance, vendor/contractor management, correspondence and marketing reporting
Perform other duties as requested or assigned

Required

Associates degree in marketing, business administration or related field or equivalent knowledge and work experience
Four years marketing, sales and customer service experience including three years in real estate
Experience working with clients, property owners and real estate professionals
Effective oral and written communication skills including presentation skills
A strong customer service focus
Analytical, problem-solving and decision making skills
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently
Proficiency in business software
Microsoft Office products
Real estate license
