Court Case Manager 1 (41-3150) Anchorage Customer Service
NEOGOV is seeking a Court Case Manager 1 for the Anchorage Trial Court to assist the public with various case types and perform case management duties. The role involves managing case filings, processing payments, and providing support to legal professionals and court staff.

Responsibilities
Assist the public with a variety of case types
Perform case management duties
Manage case filings by accepting and reviewing civil, small claims, and criminal documents
Open new cases
Process payments
Import cases into OnBase
Route motions and requests
Issue deficiency notices for incomplete filings
Assign judges
Issue summonses
Schedule court dates
Recall bench warrants
Handle rescheduling and arraignment assignments
Receipts various payments
Balance cash drawers
Process media duplication orders
Provide phone support
Assist with unclaimed body cases
Support front office operations during peak times and lunch breaks
Retrieve files from different locations
Train co-workers
Carry out other duties as assigned by supervisors to ensure efficient court operations and customer service
Qualification
Required
Graduation from high school or completion of a General Education Development (GED) certificate AND one year of office clerical experience

EDUCATION: If post-secondary education is required to meet the Minimum Qualifications, you must fill in the Education and Training section of the application. If you have not obtained a degree, please indicate the number of credit hours earned in the Degree Obtained field
