Responsibilities
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors at a commercial real estate location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of lobbies, corridors, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance or access-control issues
Monitor access points and observe for unusual conditions, then communicate concerns to building management and/or Allied Universal supervision per post orders
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting observations and completing required reports
Assist with visitor management and after-hours access requests, including verifying identification and directing individuals to the appropriate destination per site guidelines
Qualification
Required
Be 21+ years of age
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
