Responsibilities
Responsible for managing relationships with multiple vendors to resolve customers online order
Communicates with customers, buyers and vendors regarding orders on hold, pending shipment, and/or pending invoice
Detects, researches and provides resolutions to vendor disputes
Coordinates with e-commerce and accounts payable on returned merchandise
Provides internal and external access to online ordering system
Resolves all security system issues
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Two years of experience in online fulfillment system is required
Candidates eligible for the Military Spouse Exemption may be considered for remote work
Preferred
BACHELORS DEGREE - Preferred
BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION - Preferred
