Responsibilities

Assist with planning, scheduling, and coordinating office and shop activity and relay customer expectations
Assist in developing and executing small project plans
Complete milestones on time and within budget, work with the cross-functional team to ensure deliverables
Review data from customers, suppliers, and create reports
Coordinate assignments for subcontractors and monitor performance of vendors
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
No previous experience required
Detail oriented, effective written and verbal communication skills
Good customer service skills, reliable attendance and ability to work overtime
Ability to follow directions, learn new skills and technologies, multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to compile lessons learned for continuous quality development
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel)

Preferred

Associate degree in Business or related
Ability to work overtime as needed, including weekends
