Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to generate demand for the company's solutions and services
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer service, to identify and produce materials that support the prospect-to-client lifecycle
Create and manage targeted marketing campaigns across various channels, including events, social media, and digital advertising
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using data to optimize and refine strategies
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in B2B marketing, specifically as it pertains to our target markets
Build, maintain and promote relationships with team members, peers across disciplines, and all other company team members ensuring effective coordination of communications and services affecting clients
Attend webinars and training to stay up to date on best practices related to the company and department
Complete projects and other duties as assigned by supervisor

Required

Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
Strong analytical and strategic-thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in project management, marketing automation tools, CRM and other marketing technologies
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B or software marketing
