Contact warm leads to schedule virtual or phone appointments
Build rapport and present insurance solutions
Work with 10–15 families per week (full-time)
Learn mortgage protection and retirement protection products
Grow into leadership and mentorship roles

Coachable and self-motivated
Good communication skills
