Interns will engage in various assignments including maintenance, custodial operations, and project coordination while developing technical knowledge in environmental services.

Responsibilities
Support and learn the core functions of Facilities Management
Work alongside experienced Sodexo professionals managing day-to-day operations
Participate in maintenance, custodial operations, groundskeeping, event setup, and project coordination
Engage in sustainability and safety initiatives that make an immediate and measurable impact
Collaborate with industry leaders and participate in mentorship and professional development opportunities
Qualification
Required
Be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university as a rising Sophomore, Junior, or Senior
Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a desire to learn in hands-on environments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with interest in learning facility operations technology
Collaboration skills to effectively within a variety of teams and communicate clearly with peers and leaders
Minimum Education Requirement - Current college student with studies in hospitality/food management, facilities management, engineering, communications, human resources, accounting, marketing or another industry related college program
