Responsibilities
Product Strategy - Partner with business stakeholders to define, refine, and align on vision, strategy, priority, scope, and roadmap. Lead the develop and execution of a product vision and roadmap that aligns with business goals. Prioritize initiatives and define scope for Program Increments (PI), sprints and MVPs. Identify risks and dependencies and proactively mitigate them. Utilize subject matter expert knowledge to build strategic long-term solutions
Data Management - Leads projects and process improvements that enhance the quality, management, and storage of enterprise data. Directs activities that improve profiling, exception reporting, data analysis, and issue resolution as well as general fixes for the Enterprise Data platforms. Delegates work tasks and makes adjustments as needed to ensure the appropriate data governance
Product Management - Develop a prioritization framework and strategy for delivery initiatives. Prepare/refine product backlog and roadmap and work with the cross-functional teams to execute the product backlog. Plan and create initiatives, features, epics and stories in JIRA
Communication & Stakeholder Management - Articulate the product vision and roadmap persuasively to all stakeholders across Commercial Bank and Enterprise Data. Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders. Navigate complex stakeholder dynamics and manage expectations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Product Management, Scrum, Agile
High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Product Management, Scrum, Agile
