Lead enhancements to the Planisware PPM tool
Defining scope, schedule, budget, and resource needs
Managing risks, issues, dependencies, and assumptions
Controlling other project variables
Creating and maintaining a backlog of epics, features, and user stories in partnership with the PG&E IT PM community
Working with the Planisware vendor to ensure timely delivery of backlog items
Creating a project schedule to track and manage deliverables
Presenting the Planisware roadmap to executive leadership
Tracking and managing project financials
Addressing scope, schedule, and budget variances
Communicating changes to the delivery organization
Updating delivery standards and procedures
Leading organizational change management related to the Planisware enhancements
Qualification
Required
5 to 7+ years of relevant program and project management experience
bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
excellent communication skills
Preferred
PMP certification is a plus
experience using a PPM tool (Planisware preferred)
