Qualification
Required

Experience drafting and negotiating syndicated and bilateral credit facilities for all asset classes and related documents, including legal opinions
Diligent, proactive, supportive and team oriented
Strong academic background with superior drafting skills
Willing to take on significant responsibility for deal management, client interaction and work product
Must be admitted to the New York Bar
