Latino Heritage Intern - ONSITE - Biscayne National Park
Environment for the Americas is seeking a Latino Heritage Intern for their program at Biscayne National Park. The intern will assist in digital engagement, develop educational programs, and host community outreach events while gaining experience in natural resource careers.

Responsibilities
Assist social media team in developing trendy and informative content that aligns with NPS standards and regulations
Develop educational and interpretative programs
Translate content into Spanish and facilitate programs in English and Spanish
Host a community outreach event
Qualification
Required
Be a U.S. citizen or legal resident
Be between the ages of 18 - 30 years or up to 35 years if a veteran
Be willing to undergo a background check upon hiring
Have a valid driver's license and a good driving record
High School Diploma or equivalent
Adaptability to work with youth ages 5-18 and Adults
Competency in the development of content for social networking sites
Interest in community relations and Conservation/ Marine Science/ Environmental Science
Must be able to lift 50lbs
Fluency in English and Spanish
Ability to swim
