Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deliver complex software solutions using modern web application stack
Work with Python-based backend systems and Vue.js frontend applications
Deploy and maintain applications on AWS cloud infrastructure
Independently own significant technical work and contribute to system-level design
Write well-tested, maintainable, and scalable code
Collaborate closely with internal teams and customers on evolving requirements
Participate fully in agile development ceremonies and processes
Support production workloads and troubleshoot complex technical issues
Mentor team members and guide technical decisions during delivery
Communicate clearly with stakeholders and surface risks early
Qualification
Required
15+ years of software development experience in leadership roles
Expert-level proficiency in Python programming
Strong experience with Vue.js or similar modern JavaScript frameworks
Extensive AWS cloud platform experience
Proven ability to work with large, evolving codebases
Experience supporting production environments and workloads
Strong database design and optimization skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Experience with agile development methodologies
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
