Responsibilities
Create detailed AutoCAD drawings and models based on existing building dimensions and design sketches
Conduct field measurements and documentation to draft and review existing building conditions
Contribute to design layouts and features through research and documentation; assist with hand drafting and computer-generated renderings
Support projects through design development and construction documentation. Review shop drawings for accuracy and adherence to SV Design standards
Work alongside our architects and interior design team to ensure alignment with design intent. Assist Project Managers with material sourcing and presentation prep
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in architectural design
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is required
Professional degree (B.Arch or M.Arch) is required to support the path to licensure
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Preferred
Skills in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite are a plus
Residential focus is a significant plus
