Oversight of project setup, budgets, and financial performance
Advanced billing, revenue recognition, and WIP or job cost management
Review and support of junior project accounting work
Contract, change-order, and financial risk support
Close collaboration with Project Managers, Principals, and leadership
Qualification

Deltek Vantagepoint, Deltek Vision, or Ajera
Sage 300 CRE / Sage Timberline, Viewpoint Vista or Spectrum, or CMiC
Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, formulas; Power Query a plus)
Senior-level project accounting experience within AEC environments
Comfort managing complex projects or portfolios with minimal oversight
Strong communication skills and confidence partnering with leadership teams
Experience supporting growth-stage firms or evolving accounting structures
