They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Support Specialist to enhance their litigation team, managing critical tasks and facilitating communication between attorneys and clients.

Responsibilities
Drafting and filing appellate documents
Facilitating communication between attorneys and clients
Handling administrative tasks, including attorney time entry, travel arrangements, and processing of invoices and expenses
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a medium to large-sized law firm, specifically in litigation support or appellate practice
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Exceptional organizational abilities and high attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and oral
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and under pressure to meet tight deadlines
Willingness to work overtime as needed
Ability to handle administrative tasks, including attorney time entry, travel arrangements, and processing of invoices and expenses
Flexibility with work hours; full-time schedule from Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with the option to work from home on Fridays after training
Preferred
Experience with court electronic filing systems (CM/ECF, state appellate portals)
Familiarity with legal research tools and resources
Prior experience in managing client relationships and expectations
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is preferred
Previous exposure to high-volume, high-stakes litigation environments
