Support project and process improvement initiatives across Electric Operations
Translate complex data into concise narratives, visuals, and recommendations
Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders (Operations, IT, Program teams)
Apply traditional project management skills to address evolving challenges
Lead multi-year, high-visibility projects with risk management responsibility
Provide executive-level presentations and reporting
Mentor and guide junior project managers
Resolve conflicts and champion best practices
Qualification
Required
Strong project and process improvement experience
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to synthesize technical and operational information
Experience managing complex, large-scale projects
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience
8+ years of project management experience (9+ years for external hires)
PMP certification required
