Omm IT Solutions is seeking a reliable, on-site Administrative Assistant to support the Finance Department. This part-time role involves assisting with various administrative tasks and requires strong organizational skills and clear communication abilities.

Assist with filing, scanning, data entry, and organizing documents within the Finance department
Handle basic email correspondence and answer phone calls professionally; act as a point of contact for internal staff queries
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite daily (specifically Outlook for scheduling/emails, Word for documents, and Excel for basic data input)
Assist the team with general administrative projects as they arise
Qualification
Required
Must speak and write clearly and professionally
Comfortable using a computer, specifically Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Must be punctual and able to work on-site in Stafford for the scheduled hours
Eager to help, organized, and able to work independently once trained
