The Boeing Company is hiring a Flightline Readiness Tech Inspector Manager to oversee flightline operations and aircraft management of deliveries. This role involves daily crew supervision, aircraft management, and ensuring airworthiness certification for air vehicles.

Responsibilities

Leads & supports success of team activities to ensure air vehicles are completed & pass certification for airworthiness

Team activities include overseeing final component installation; systems operation functional testing, modification, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair; preflight and post-flight checks; release for flight; and preparation for delivery

Interfaces & collaborates with flight crews, engineering, management, suppliers, and customers to meet product requirements and ensure customer acceptance

Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals

Provides education and coaching

Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements

Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and employees

Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes

Manages, leads, develops and motivates employees

Qualification

Active A&P LicenseFlightline operations experienceManufacturing experienceSafety commitmentChange influence

Required

Active A&P License

3+ years of experience working in manufacturing or flightline operations

Preferred
