Responsibilities
Support and learn the core functions of Facilities Management
Work alongside experienced Sodexo professionals who manage day-to-day operations
Engage in sustainability and safety initiatives that make an immediate and measurable impact
Develop technical and operational knowledge in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, construction, and environmental services
Build leadership and communication skills that prepare you for future full-time opportunities
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university as a rising Sophomore, Junior, or Senior
Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a desire to learn in hands-on environments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with interest in learning facility operations technology
Collaborate effectively within a variety of teams and communicate clearly with peers and leaders
Live on campus - single occupancy, no pets (rent included)
Have a vehicle with a valid driver's license and clear driving background
Have technical aptitude to inspect quality of construction, custodial and maintenance issues
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Desire to learn how to manage work order systems for facilities, like Sales Force Keystone and the StarRez software
