Various IT projects
Exposure to technical event support
Exposure to hardware and software provisioning and device management
Depending on field of expertise/interest: Assisting with programming, development operations, and participating in code deployments related to CHEST e-commerce & customer portal
Assisting with writing user stories, test cases, and code testing
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, with a major in MIS, Computer Science, or IT related field
Eagerness to learn
Basic experience troubleshooting major operating systems
Web based development
A curious and problem-solving mindset
Critical thinking
Preferred
Remedial programming skills or willing to learn; preferred technologies: C#, Python, MS SQL, Snowflake, JavaScript
Basic understanding of content management systems
