Required

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in robotics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field
4+ years of industry work experience
Experience in PLC based controls design, development, implementation and support
Experience using Linux, demonstrating proficiency with associated tools or languages
Experience with creating automated alarms, reports and KPI metrics for plant management
Experience in Industrial networking and communications
Knowledge of the tools of the trade, including a variety of modern programming languages (Rust, Java, C/C++), and a solid understanding of the Linux operating system

Preferred

Master's degree in computer science or electrical engineering, or 1+ years of professional or military experience
4+ years of software development experience
Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience working with and managing third party vendors
2+ years of programmable logic controls (PLC) programs experience
