IT Operations Manager

Oversee core credit union systems (e.g. M365, loan origination platforms, FICS, SQL Servers, ADFS) ensuring uptime, security, and performance
Supervise IT operations staff and foster a culture of innovation, accountability and continuous improvement
Responsible for adhering to NCUA regulations, cybersecurity standards and internal policies
Manage relations with third-party vendors, including contract negotiation and performance monitoring
Identify opportunities to optimize IT processes and implement automation where feasible, work with other departments to align technology initiatives
Oversee help desk operations and ensure timely resolution of technical issues

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or equivalent work experience
5+ years of experience in IT operations
Oversee core credit union systems (e.g. M365, loan origination platforms, FICS, SQL Servers, ADFS) ensuring uptime, security, and performance
Supervise IT operations staff and foster a culture of innovation, accountability and continuous improvement
Responsible for adhering to NCUA regulations, cybersecurity standards and internal policies
Manage relations with third-party vendors, including contract negotiation and performance monitoring
Identify opportunities to optimize IT processes and implement automation where feasible, work with other departments to align technology initiatives
Oversee help desk operations and ensure timely resolution of technical issues
Self-motivated and empathetic team player with great communication and leadership skills
Organized, problem solver with strong project management and analytical skills
Technology advanced with strong ethics and attention to detail

Preferred

ITIL, CISSP, or CISM certifications
Financial institution experience
