Interns will collaborate with the E-Commerce and Buying teams to manage product launches, vendor programs, and enhance the online shopping experience.

Responsibilities
Management of brands and specialty clothing and footwear shops on scheels.com
Collect, enter, and upload brand and product data from vendors to the website including images, copy, product specifications, and all forms of digital media
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for the purpose of product data management
Daily management of brand/category marketing efforts, pricing, promotions, and strategies
A strong understanding of retail systems, buying, and digital merchandising
Work closely with our buying office to partner on product launches, vendor dropship programs, identifying key trends, inventory planning, and buying
Remain highly organized with ability to follow-up on the smallest details and strong initiative for continuous improvement
Maintain a strong, proven ability to communicate well and work independently as well as with a team
Qualification
Required
Enthusiastic, motivated, and detail-oriented candidates
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for the purpose of product data management
A strong understanding of retail systems, buying, and digital merchandising
Ability to remain highly organized with ability to follow-up on the smallest details and strong initiative for continuous improvement
Strong, proven ability to communicate well and work independently as well as with a team
Genuinely and consistently treat co-workers, customers and business partners like they are the most important person including eye contact, a smile and a genuine 'Thank you'

Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time
Preferred
Ideal candidate will have an interest in obtaining an Associate's Degree in Marketing, Merchandising, or related field
Retail experience is beneficial, but not required
