Responsibilities
Assess client needs and promote suitable Moder technology services
Meet with decision-makers and provide information about Moder’s technology services
Construct pitches and sales presentations
Document new leads, opportunities, milestones, and account review meetings in salesforce (CRM)
Leverage personal network, industry data, and attend industry tradeshow / conference events to identify new prospective clients for Moder
Comply with all company policies and procedures
Maintain regular and punctual attendance
Performs other related duties as assigned
This position has direct reports. Manages staff and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems
Qualification
Required
Written and verbal communication skills, including relationship-building and influencing
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, including spreadsheets and databases
Negotiation skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
40-50% travel required
Minimum of Five (5) years mortgage / financial services experience
At least Five (5) to Seven (7) years of technology sales experience
Preferred
A Bachelor's degree preferred
