Responsibilities
Install, configure, update, and troubleshoot IT equipment and software for IREX staff and visitors
Provide technical support and guidance via phone, email, or in person
Assist with AV equipment setup and troubleshooting for meetings and events (cameras, screens, microphones, etc.)
Document and report IT incidents, service requests, and solutions
Follow IREX policies and procedures regarding IT security and compliance
Collaborate with IT team members on projects and daily tasks
Qualification
Required
Must be enrolled in an accredited college or University, and pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Holds a min. GPA of 3.2/4.0
Ability to install, configure, update, and troubleshoot IT equipment and software for IREX staff and visitors
Thorough knowledge of MS 365 applications
Superior people/customer service skills
