Responsibilities

Analyze and manage quantitative data to create meaningful insights and build financial models that drive business decisions
Partner with the Ads Monetization team to build models and reporting for the Stores organization
Partner with Product Managers on new feature launches to estimate ROI and opportunity sizing
Partner with business and finance counterparts to identify the right metrics for the emerging customer experience to ensure improvements are drive financial outcomes
Collaborate with the Ads finance teams to build connective tissue between the Stores and Ads finance organizations
Support forecasting efforts of revenue, and resource allocation
Partner with business teams to enable success in the annual Goals process
Create, improve, and maintain reports for key financial and operational metrics
Analyze monthly financial and business metrics, report on key trends vs. plan, peel back layers to understand underlying drivers of financial performance
Perform month-end close related activities
Drive continuous improvement and standardization of processes, including implementation of best practices

Required

5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
Experience building and managing financial models for business forecasting and problem solving
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science)

Preferred

6+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience
6+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience
MBA, or CPA
Knowledge of SQL/ETL
Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results
Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis
